Fabian Horsting

Fabian advises and conducts legal proceedings in the areas of procurement law, State aid law and real estate law, with particular focus on construction law. He provides assistance to commercial parties, public authorities and non-profit organisations.

Fabian studied Dutch Law (Constitutional and Administrative Law as well al International Public Law) at the University of Groningen. He also completed the Dutch and European Procurement Law post-doctoral specialist programme at the Grotius Academie (cum laude) and the Private Construction Law specialist programme at the Instituut voor Bouwrecht (Netherlands Institute for Construction Law).

Between 2004 and 2013 Fabian was employed as a lawyer at the real estate practice group of the law firms of Lexence and DLA Piper. He joined Six Advocaten in 2013, and became a Partner in 2015.

Fabian is a lecturer and regular Publisher in his field of expertise. He is a member of the Construction Lawyers Association (Vereniging voor Bouwrecht-advocaten) and the Dutch Association for Procurement Law (Nederlandse Vereniging voor Aanbestedingsrecht).

 Fabian is recommended as a 'good litigator' by Legal 500.
