Tom Nefs

Tom specialises in (civil) construction law and procurement law. He advises both public authorities and market parties on complex tenders in various sectors, such as construction, public transport, mobility and sustainable energy.

Tom studied European law at the University of Amsterdam, specialising in European competition law. He has been with SIX since 2025. Prior to that, he gained experience at NautaDutilh and Van Doorne.
